Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador and build retail customer relationships. You will drive sales through proactive conversations, promote banking products, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will support digital banking tools, maintain compliance, and participate in community outreach while upholding Woodforest’s core values of ownership, service, community, and integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, utilizing internal partners as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to explain complex solutions in a simple to understand way.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience by creating warm, welcoming, and personalized interactions with every customer, every day.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand financial needs and clearly explain retail banking products, services, and digital solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
• Provide dependable, efficient service while maintaining professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Embrace a technology-driven customer experience by confidently supporting digital banking tools and platforms.
