Woodforest National Bank in Texas seeks a full-time Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering an exceptional Woodforest Experience and growing retail relationships.

You will identify customer needs, present banking solutions, support digital tools, and uphold ownership, service, community, and integrity in every interaction. Experience in retail banking or customer service is preferred; a high school diploma is required; willingness to work flexible hours and support nearby branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through referrals and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing and account opening in compliance with policies.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loans with accuracy.
• Support community engagement and promote Woodforest’s values.
