Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional hospitality and client care within our branch. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers through digital banking tools to meet their financial goals.

This role emphasizes building trusted relationships, applying product knowledge, and collaborating with the team to provide seamless service while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow, scheduling meetings, and routing them to appropriate services.

• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking and digital self‑service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening and asking questions, collaborating with the branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices management in line with bank policies.
