Qualifications

• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide attentive account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships through active listening and collaborative teamwork to meet client financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and equipment management in line with policies.
