Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and mobile/online self-service tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies.
