Job summary

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby using a tablet.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in compliance with policies.
