Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-driven service and build trusted client relationships in our branch. You will educate clients on banking products, assist with account openings, and guide customers through digital channels to meet their financial needs.

You will thrive in a team environment, handle transactions, and ensure compliance with banking policies while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Requires client service experience or equivalent.
• Russian and English fluency required for this role.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet and queue system.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and onboarding of new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted client relationships through active listening, empathy, and collaboration with branch team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and use of cash devices in line with bank policies.
