Job summary

The Boyd Group in Roanoke, VA is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, DRP compliance, and at least 1 year of experience; I-CAR training is required. The role offers $70,000+ annually with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Participate in production walks with the management team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
