Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' customer facing or related experience required.
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software as required.
• Hospitality and catering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers as the first point of contact at the Delivery Center.
• Creating and maintaining schedules for customer visits and meetings.
• Producing weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
• Coordinating food and beverage services for guests.
• Organizing facility requests and ensuring meeting rooms are properly set.
• Scheduling vehicles for customer visits and assisting as needed.
