• Must read/write and speak English.
• Valid passport and ability to travel worldwide on request.
• Aviation-related sales experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years aircraft experience in related areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for project communications to safeguard customer satisfaction.
• Monitor projects and provide status reports through proper channels.
• Schedule production meetings and customer debriefings.
• Obtain customer approvals for requested services and manage aircraft schedules.
• Maintain positive customer relations before, during, and after projects.
• Oversee project financials and coordinate invoicing and disputes as needed.
• Provide regular project updates and resolve discrepancies with customers.
• Coordinate aircraft delivery and ensure readiness with records and equipment.
• Inform upper management of potential issues affecting satisfaction or safety.
