Modern Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional, personalized support to private and corporate aviation clients. You will be the first contact for customers and crews, handling flight coordination, service requests, and on-site facility support with professionalism in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities include greeting passengers, arranging hotels and ground transportation, coordinating aircraft services, and educating clients on available programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic aircraft knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, personalized service to aviation clients.
• Greet passengers and flight crews professionally.
• Arrange hotels, catering, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate aircraft services and fuel requests.
• Maintain relationships with hotels, rental car agencies, and restaurants.
• Input trip details and track flights to ensure timely delivery.
• Process invoices accurately and coordinate service orders.
