Job summary

Kansas City Aviation Center Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to serve customers at the front desk, process paperwork, handle cash, and support flight operations.

The role involves greeting pilots and passengers, answering phones, and coordinating with aviation departments to meet customer needs. You will balance cash, process fuel and merchandise sales, and manage daily logs during Saturday shifts from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Working on High School education, or equivalent.
• Able to work evenings and weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet pilots and passengers and direct them to the appropriate place/person.
• Handle all incoming telephone calls.
• Communicate with aviation departments to assist with customer requests.
• Accept materials or deliveries brought to the front lobby.
• Process fuel and oil purchases.
• Maintain counter tickets.
• Process flight merchandise sales.
• Process credit card purchases.
• Balance cash register totals and daily fuel sheet logs at end of shift.
