A premier aviation service provider is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to enhance customer relationships and ensure exceptional service during trip planning. This role involves managing flight logistics, communicating effectively with clients, and solving problems proactively. Candidates should have at least 2 years in Aviation or high-end customer service, with strong organizational and communication skills. The position is not remote and is based at the Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park, KS.

Formación

• 2+ years of Aviation or high-end Customer Service experience required.
• Must possess superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate professionalism and work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Nurture owner relationships by understanding individual needs during trip planning.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting Owners’ flights.
• Serve as the lead liaison for Owners, ensuring timely communication.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and manage all trip logistics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for flawless execution.
