Job summary

DiVal Safety Equipment in Buffalo, NY is hiring a Customer Care & Sales Support Representative to join a full-time, on-site team. You will serve as primary contact for customers and the sales group, process quotes, orders, returns, and exchanges, and provide updates on deliveries and backorders.

You'll maintain CRM and order systems, develop product knowledge, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, order entry or sales support preferred.

Responsibilities
