DiVal Safety Equipment in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Customer Care & Sales Support Representative to join our on-site team. This full-time role supports customers and the sales group by processing orders, answering questions and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

You’ll manage quotes, orders, returns and exchanges, update on deliveries, and coordinate with internal teams. A strong customer service mindset, basic CRM and Microsoft Office skills, and reliability are essential for success.

Full-time, 8:30am – 5pm, On-site Monday - Friday

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work closely with customers and our sales team to process orders, answer questions, solve problems and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do –
