Job summary

DiVal Safety Equipment – Buffalo, NY is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team. This full-time, on-site role supports customers and our sales staff by processing quotes, orders, returns and exchanges, and by keeping CRM and order systems up to date.

You’ll gain product knowledge to assist customers and may cover retail tasks as needed. We value reliability, calm focus, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment, with regular daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or order entry preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems and stay organized.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and sales team.
