Caliber Collision Riverview, FL is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers. You will greet customers, manage daily workload, and assist with insurance partner requirements and authorizations.

In this role you will coordinate Rental Car and Tow services to provide a seamless, one-stop experience, navigate multiple software systems including Microsoft Office, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced production shop

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and make load level recommendations when necessary.
• Coordinate Rental Car and Tow services to provide one-stop service for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations and billing.
• Assist with load level processes and collaboration across teams.
