Job summary

Agile Cold Storage in Claymont, DE is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the 1st shift. You will respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate with brokers and warehouse operations to ensure accurate invoicing and order processing.

The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong English communication, and solid MS Office skills. Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm in an office setting with a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service Experience or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Internet.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read and speak English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines and with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all customer inquiries, requests and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, inventory, etc.
• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments within the DMS (Dock Management System).
• Communicate between customer, broker or freight forwarder and warehouse operations regarding accounts and invoicing.
• Ensure proper invoicing of all accounts by processing and verifying invoices.
• Generate paperwork for customer work orders, track orders, and maintain inventory records.
