Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Basic knowledge of WMS and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Plan labor and schedules to meet throughput goals while managing extended shifts and high-volume periods
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Enforce strict No-Fault Attendance Policy consistently across all shifts
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse team members to promote development and performance
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to optimize warehouse efficiency and resolve issues
• Monitor inventory levels, quality control, and KPIs, using data to make staffing and scheduling decisions
