Role Description

The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Claymont, DE. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate handling of inventory and shipments. Daily tasks include entering and updating customer data, tracking orders, resolving service issues, and communicating status updates to customers and colleagues. The role also involves monitoring service performance, identifying process improvements, and supporting compliance with safety and operational standards in the warehouse environment. Customer Service Specialists are expected to maintain a professional, courteous demeanor and contribute to a collaborative, service-focused culture.

Qualifications
