Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls and automated dialer systems.

• Check compliance with physician orders and educate customers about products/services.
• Document calls in the computerized record-keeping system.
• Enter customer orders into the computerized system.
• Verify and update demographic information in records.
