Qualifications

• Read and analyze patient orders and pharmacy terminology.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Assist with training of employees.
• Perform dosage calculations and references to frequency/doses.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
• HS Diploma or GED; basic computer entry; licensing may apply.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and outbound calls generated by the system.
• Assess customer needs for products/services.
