Starting pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in customer service, be team‑oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, supporting a busy call center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 years in customer service or inside sales preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support sales representatives.
• Authorized to work in the US and able to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer or place calls to learn customer needs and address issues with products or services.
• Respond to inquiries quickly and accurately, explaining solutions and ensuring customers feel supported.
• Practice active listening, confirm information, and diffuse escalations when needed.
• Build rapport with customers and colleagues to support team goals and service levels.
• Use company software, databases, scripts, and tools to resolve topics presented by customers.
• Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent service.
• Identify sales opportunities and make product/service recommendations based on customer needs.
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to grow knowledge of the company and offerings.
