Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–4 years in customer service or inside sales.
• Legally eligible to work in the US; prior sales or environmental field experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer or place calls to resolve customer questions and issues.
• Explain solutions and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Actively listen and clarify information; diffuse escalations as needed.
• Build rapport with customers and teammates based on trust and reliability.
• Utilize CRM and scripts to address topics from customers.
• Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent service.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend products or services.
• Participate in training and other company programs.
