Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 years in customer service or inside sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; willingness to learn proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Answers or places calls to learn about customer needs and address issues with products or services.
• Responds accurately to customers, explaining solutions and ensuring they feel supported.
• Engages in active listening, confirms information, and diffuses escalations as needed.
• Builds rapport with customers and team members based on trust and reliability.
• Uses CRM software and other tools to address customer topics and data entry.
