Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Team player in a collaborative environment.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• Experience or interest in environmental and/or sustainability field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers or places calls to customers to learn about and address needs, concerns, or issues with products or services.
• Responds promptly and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring customers feel supported.
• Uses active listening to confirm information and diffuse escalations as needed.
• Builds rapport with customers and teammates based on trust and reliability.
• Utilizes company software, databases, scripts, and tools to address customer topics.
• Meets or exceeds call center metrics while delivering excellent customer service.
• Engages with customers to assess needs and makes sales recommendations for products or services that fit.
• Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and services.
