Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle a high volume of inbound calls, research and resolve customer inquiries with courtesy and accuracy. You will engage customers to ensure full understanding of issues and provide prompt, respectful responses.

Starting pay is $24-$26 per hour, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of customer service or inside sales experience, plus proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years in customer service or inside sales preferred.
• Able to work in a team and be legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Answer or place calls to learn customer needs and address issues with products or services.
• Respond to customers with solutions, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
