Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative to deliver outstanding service on inbound calls, inquiries and requests. You will research issues, provide accurate responses, and ensure customers feel heard and valued.

In this role you’ll use proprietary software and CRM tools, build rapport with customers and colleagues, and identify opportunities to recommend products or services that fit client needs. A collaborative team environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–4 years of customer service or inside sales.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Preferred: experience in environmental/sustainability sales.

Responsibilities

• Answers or places calls to learn about and address customer needs.
• Responds efficiently and accurately with possible solutions; ensures customers feel supported.
• Uses active listening; clarifies information and defuses escalations.
