This full-time role processes resource orders, answers prayer calls, and provides resource information with compassion and consistency, in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel.
Knowledge of contact center software helpful.
Customer service experience preferred.
Agile professional with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Ability to work in a team environment and be detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong typing skills.
Ability to learn new software & systems, technology and processes.
Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation.
