Joyce Meyer Ministries in Fenton, MO is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our mission of Share Christ - Love People. This full-time role processes resource orders, answers prayer calls, and provides resource information with compassion and consistency, in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of contact center software helpful.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Agile professional with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing skills.
• Ability to learn new software & systems, technology and processes.
• Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation.
