Joyce Meyer Ministries, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support friends and partners by processing resource orders, answering prayer calls, and sharing resource information with compassion and accuracy.

The role emphasizes excellent service, data entry, and knowledge of ministry resources. You will join a mission-driven team with opportunities for professional development and a hybrid work environment, including work-from-home options.

Formación

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of contact center software helpful.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Agile mindset with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing skills.
• Ability to learn new software, systems, technology and processes.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
