Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related area.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer orders and quotations via telephone, email, or written/faxed correspondence.
• Perform follow-up to ensure customer service expectations are met.
• Facilitate sales growth by adhering to department incentive programs.
• Research and suggest alternative products to customers.
• Provide product representation and support sales where appropriate.
• Use computerized systems to track information and troubleshoot.
• Resolve customer issues including credit concessions.
