Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound calls providing customer service and inquiries on general account information.
• Gathers and translates necessary customer account information to enable receivables collection.
• Performs accurate and timely entry of customer selections into the order processing system.
• Monitors and tracks customer orders to ensure on-time delivery per credit/collection standards.
• Resolves issues with customers including adjustments on late charges and shortages per guidelines.
• Documents notes and information gathering in business systems.
• Participates in monthly audits and updates contact information; responds to inquiries by phone, email or fax.
