Job summary

USABlueBook, a division of HD Supply, is seeking a customer service associate to respond to inquiries regarding product selection, services and issues. You will draw on knowledge of 20,000 products across three catalogs to assist customers and maintain strong service levels.

The role is hybrid: onsite M–Th, remote F; must be within driving distance of Waukegan. Requires HS diploma or GED and 2–5 years of customer service experience; basic MS Office skills are preferred.
