Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, mail, or fax within service goals.
• Follow up to ensure customer service expectations are met.
• Assist in sales processes by suggesting alternate products and representing catalogued items.
• Use computer systems to track information and troubleshoot.
• Resolve basic issues including credit concessions and refer complex cases to supervisor.
