Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in office/manufacturing/distribution or similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Professional and dependable, able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Process customer orders, returns, and order changes accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, shipping, and account questions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and deliver a great experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in company systems.
• Answer and route incoming calls and provide switchboard coverage when needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the Customer Service team.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
