Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the internal system using PDF purchase orders.
• Provide pricing, product availability, lead times, and order status information by phone.
• Manage logistics and backorders by tracking deliveries and communicating updates to customers.
• Look up parts and prepare quotes as part of logistics and order-support.
• Maintain accurate records related to orders, deliveries, invoices, and POD.
• Identify and resolve customer issues or discrepancies related to orders or shipments.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to a high-touch customer experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.
