Job summary

LKJ is seeking a customer service representative to provide full-range client support via phone, fax, or email from the Corpus Christi area. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, enter orders, and assist with basic office tasks while ensuring high-quality service and adherence to company policies.

The role requires excellent communication, active listening, and strong time-management skills, with on-site responsibilities and a focus on accurate information delivery and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and active listening skills.
• Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
• Ability to learn basic terminology for all products and services offered.
• Basic computer skills, including ability to learn company business software and online ordering site.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of customer service to clients by phone, fax, or mail/e-mail.
• This includes handling of incoming calls and outgoing calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of quality expectations for different clients and projects.
• Enter orders using a computer and perform other basic office tasks as needed.
• Be actively involved in problem solving and propose improvements to processes and procedures.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
