Qualifications

• Experience in the garage door industry is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine customer experience and dispatch procedures and standards.
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from clients for bookings and inquiries.
• Lead and manage daily operations of the customer experience and dispatch department.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and changes using the CRM system.
• Provide detailed information about customer needs and objectives.
