Lineage Logistics Services is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle customer orders, verify accounts, and coordinate with warehouse teams. The role emphasizes strong communication and timely problem-solving in a dynamic logistics environment.

You will maintain professional relationships with clients, generate reports, and assist with special client requests while ensuring accurate documentation and service levels.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and track product availability in a timely manner.
• Verify accounts and inbound receipts for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Generate customer reports on request (weekly, monthly).
• Coordinate product availability and daily shift scheduling with warehouse team.
• Collaborate with Operations on special client requests and expedites.
• Serve as first contact to resolve customer issues and maintain documentation.
