Job summary

Pinnacle Propane in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Customer Care Representative to manage day-to-day front-office activities in the Customer Care department. You will collaborate with the Customer Care Supervisor to ensure outstanding service for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, English fluency, and Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with all employees and customers.
• English fluent; knowledge of Spanish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and handling customer queries
• Adhere to assigned schedule and perform all assigned task
• Provide first level support for customer complaints or issues
• Research / resolve customer inquiries
• Discuss with direct supervisor, results of their daily, weekly, and monthly performance
• Accountable for satisfactory daily call answer rate and first call resolutions
