The role emphasizes data entry accuracy, teamwork, confidentiality, safety, and willingness to work overtime as needed. This is an on-site position based in Kentucky with potential reception coverage duties.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One or more years related experience and/or training in the field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Access; AS400 knowledge is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication; strong data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries by phone and email in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain excellent data entry accuracy and timely processing of tasks.
• Process customer returns into inventory and support order entry as needed.
• Troubleshoot and respond to customers promptly; maintain confidentiality.
• Support receptionist coverage as needed; participate in safety activities.
• Be flexible in a dynamic environment and willing to work overtime when required.
• Occasional entry into production area with PPE as required.
