• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly

Responsibilities

• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues with empathy and decisiveness
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods and support colleagues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment that reflects our commitment to quality standards
• Prepare items according to company standards and specifications
• Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as part of daily responsibilities
• Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and customer needs
