Responsibilities

• Taking and initiating all direct customer calls relating to order status, order clarification, and shipping information.
• Responsible for all customer orders generated by sales during the order process, including data entry and changes.
• Entering quotes and fax/emailing them to customers.
• Generate sample requests for customers and internal reps.
• Creating, submitting and updating job lists, contacts and client information.
