Job summary

Crash Champions in Sugar Land, TX is seeking an attentive, front-desk oriented team member to greet customers, answer calls, and keep the facility organized.

You will support General Managers and Service Advisors, handle administrative tasks, and assist with receivables and month-end statements. A customer-service mindset is essential, with strong multitasking. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and retirement plan, plus paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers and prospective customers in a prompt, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact.
• Effectively manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence and direct to the right person.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, and data entry into accounting systems; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
