Job summary

Collectors is seeking PSA Customer Care Representatives to deliver world-class support to customers globally from our Plano, TX office. You will answer inquiries via phone, email, social media, Live Chat, and message boards, supporting the PSA Vault and eBay teams. This is a full-time onsite role with a 9am–7pm CST shift.

We value 1–2 years of customer service experience, fluent English, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Google Docs, DialPad, Salesforce, and Slack is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a contact center
• Fluent in English; able to read, write and communicate effectively
• Experience with Google Docs, DialPad, Salesforce, Slack is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries across multiple channels
• Inform customers about services, memberships, policies, and promotions
• Sell and place orders for memberships and supplies
• Research and resolve customer issues per company policies
• Attend trade shows as a company representative
• Provide general office support
