Responsabilités

• Answer and schedule service appointments via calls.
• Navigate Windows/Web systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
• Identify customer concerns and assess needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate call details and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in QA processes and protect customer privacy.
