Orkin is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist (Administrative) in Augusta, GA to provide service-minded support and schedule visits with efficiency. You’ll be a SME, handle calls, coordinate routes, and ensure accurate customer data while delivering top-tier pest control service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and select alternative routes when needed.
• Use listening skills and questions to identify customer concerns and needs.
• Maintain accurate customer database with call details, payments and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
