Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time
• Identify customer needs through listening and questioning
• Maintain accurate customer records and update disposition, payments and results
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours
• Support quality assurance processes and protect customer privacy
