Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs
• Maintain customer database with call details and outcomes
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours
• Participate in quality assurance processes and company initiatives
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information
